We Are The Carritts
We are the Carritts. A family of eight—four kids we birthed and two we loved into the family.
Through all the messes and miracles, we’re learning and growing together. Our hope is to share the lessons we’ve gathered along the way to help other families keep showing up for one another, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.
We really like each other…most of the time. But we love each other all of the time.
That’s the goal, anyhow.

A Bit Of Our Story!
Statistically we shouldn’t have made it this far!! We both grew up surrounded by dysfunction, violence, and abuse. When we found each other, we weren’t two halves making a whole—we were two broken people attracted to the familiar brokenness we saw in one another. We got married and, for a while, only managed to break each other a little bit more.
If it wasn’t for Jesus and His church, we simply wouldn’t be here today. And neither would our children—Kendrick, Jeffery, Joel, and Kristen.
But our story didn’t end in the brokenness. It began there.
Because of everything we’ve walked through—the healing, the restoration, the countless moments of grace—we now have unshakable faith for absolutely every family and every relationship dynamic.
Including yours. Your story isn’t finished yet. And neither is the work God wants to do in your life, your marriage, and your family. We know, because we’ve lived it…
